Overview
The objective of this training video is to teach stand staff how to present themselves and their organisation in a professional and organised manner. John Cleese and Andrew Sachs make all the classic mistakes including that guaranteed conversation killing question - "Can I help you?" Fortunately they eventually learn to present themselves and their organisation professionally.
