Overview
It should actually be a wonderful day: Daniel and Miriam finally say "I do". Even Daniel's good friend Stefan has arrived with his family. But the wedding is not under a good star: Stefan collapses during the ceremony and only a heart transplant can save him. Meanwhile, behind the scenes, Miriam's half-sister Linda is plotting to get the head doctor's job. She is also not entirely innocent when Miriam's son Frederik has a moped accident and is admitted to the clinic with life-threatening injuries.
